Cushendun, County Antrim, Northern Ireland
A splendid two storey, three bedroom cottage nestling in the hollow of the hill, situated four miles from the pretty seaside village of Cushendun. From inside and out, the cottage enjoys spectacular views of Glendun. The perfect base for anyone who wants to be surrounded by an outstanding natural environment and yet within easy driving reach of N Ireland`s top attraction 'The Giants Causeway'.
The cottage is beside the recently opened “Ronan`s Way”. This is a series of designated walks through farmland stretching from 5.8 km to 1.5k. Some take you up the steep incline leading to the top of the valley. All around are superb views of the surrounding glen and on the top of the hill sight of The Mull of Kintrye, Rathlin Island and Sea of Moyle as well as the adjacent glens and valleys. Bring along your picnic and enjoy it at s...

Interaction with guests
I live adjacent to the cottage and am at hand for any queries or to discuss local history and places of interest and the best way to get there. I will also give advise if bookings are necessary and how to make them. From time to time home grown produce is available depending on the season and weather e.g blackcurrants, redcurrants and gooseberries, later in the season tomatoes and apples.
