It's a first floor apartment located in newly converted outbuildings on a peaceful countryside farm
There's a large living room with lots of space to relax in comfort and seating for up to 8 people
The living room has a digital TV and Bluray/DVD player and a sunny balcony with room to sit out
The spacious light & airy fully equipped kitchen has a big farmhouse table and its own washer/dryer
The sunny main bedroom has a kingsize bed. Bedlinen is provided.
The second bedroom is a twin room. Bedlinen is provided.
There's a well appointed bathroom including bath with shower over. Towels are provided.
You have your own private balcony to sit out and enjoy the sunshine

Stunning setting. The accommodation is first class, attention to detail is phenomenal. Every little thing has been thought about. This is a home from homes and i would highly recommend a visit to this very special place.

Sitting between the traditional working villages of Chipping Campden and Broadway, Saintbury Grounds Farm is 30 acres of peace and tranquillity surrounded by some of England's most glorious countryside. Fabulous views, amazing sunsets, great walks, country pubs, gourmet food, browsing the antique stalls and farm shops - there's lots to see and do.
If you're interested in heritage, the National Trust's only pub, the medieval half timbered Fleece, is just down the road in Bretforton with Hidcote, Croome, Upton, Coughton and Snowshill (amongst others) all close by, not to mention Sudeley Castle and Blenheim Palace. You can take a hot air balloon flight across the Vale, passing directly over the Farm when the wind is right. Visit Stratford and see the world famous Royal Shakes...
Getting around
Our nearest airport is Birmingham International which is about 40 miles away. London Heathrow Airport is about 80 miles away.
There is a train service from London Paddington to our local station at Honeybourne which is about 3 miles away. The train line services Oxford, Reading, Slough, Worcester, Hereford and all points in between.
Once here, a car is recommended to get around as there are no shops or pubs within easy walking distance. It is possible to hire a car or you can book a local taxi for trips out or for the day - this should be done well in advance and we can help you with appropriate contacts.

Saintbury Grounds Farm is situated on the B4035 between the villages of Bretforton and Weston sub Edge. The postcode is WR11 7QA. If you are coming from the Evesham direction, take the B4035 towards Chipping Campden. Continue along this road past Badsey and Bretforton villages. The Farm is on your right hand side approximately 1 mile past Bretforton. If you reach the Gloucestershire county sign then you have gone too far. Coming from the opposite direction towards Evesham, the Farm will be on your left shortly after the Worcestershire county sign. Turn into the driveway and follow it for approximately 1/2 mile (passing the group of cottages about half way down) and into the courtyard where you will see the main house on your right hand side
