A basic cottage conveniently situated. Website pictures include both cottages which is confusing and I would recommend careful reading. No television, inadequate Wi-Fi. Access to an outside shower did help but there is only a bath in the cottage and the very old gas boiler which was not working. This resulted in us having to light it manually.
Kitchen sink only had cold water available. Hot tap was shut off completely. Lots of stories from the landlady who helpfully told to use the kettle to wash dishes. Interesting approach to customers.
Bedside light in the bedroom had been broken by the cleaner so only one.
Booking had check out at 15.00. Landlady insisted on 10.00 despite seeing the booking confirmation which I sent her. She had gas technicians accessing the bathroom before we were out of the house to make a point which really soured our experience.
