Moonlight is situated on a beautifully developed site with superbly kept gardens, which enjoys a blissfully peaceful & secluded setting just north of Truro. The grounds are well maintained by the owners providing a relaxing outdoor space including a Zen garden which guests are welcome to use. There is a fragrant garden just beyond the Zen garden and a path network through the woodland and meadow area. There is lots of exercise space and rest benches on which to meditate. There is also a pond which has a fitted safety cover. The location is very central and therefore ideal for those wanting to explore the county widely during their stay. The main A30 east - west route is only a short drive from the property, so resorts such as St Ives & Padstow are within a convenient journey time. The cottage occupies the first floor of this traditional building which was converted from agricultural use a few years ago. The living room / kitchen area is a lovely dual aspect room, with a high, part vaulted ceiling and exposed pale blue-painted roof timbers. There are views across the grounds and countryside beyond towards St Erme village. The kitchen is modern and well fitted with a range of cupboards. The main bedroom also has high vaulted ceiling with exposed blue-painted roof timbers. The cottage is a superb spot to stay for a couple looking for high quality, great value accommodation from which to explore the county. Accommodation Upper ground floor only: Entrance through to the stable door to the kitchen & living room. Main double bedroom, modern shower room with WC. Facilities & Services Heating throughout is via electric heaters with an additional electric fireplace in the living room and an electric panel heater in the bedroom. The kitchen has modern fitted units, an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer & washing machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa with TV & DVD player. WiFi is available at the property. A cot and highchair can be made available on request. There is an iron and ironing board. Miscellaneous Bed linen is included, however standard electricity is on a coin meter. Please bring your own towels unless travelling from abroad. There is parking for 1 vehicle. We regret no dogs are allowed and no smoking is permitted within the property. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is a Saturday.
