Renovated and extended 19th century brick 4 bedroom holiday cottage with walled courtyard garden in the heart of the historic market town of Framlingham. Furnished to a high standard with luxury memory foam topped mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels, woodburner, well equipped kitchen, French and iron bedsteads and welcome pack the property is a luxury home from home.

Featuring an extended dining area with glass doors that draw back to leave you open to the courtyard garden and an additional al fresco dining suite on the raised terrace area with BBQ. There are 2 bathrooms tiled with tumbled marble, two king size beds (one of which can be spilt into two singles) a double bed and one single bed. One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement.

Excellently situated for the best in Suffolk! Not forgetting the Castle on the Hill! A lovely townhouse with all facilities and a wonderful owner. Suitable for young families across the board, very comfortable! You will not be disappointed at all! Go for it!!

Wickham Market Railway Station (which is actually at Campsea Ashe) is the closest railway station. Trains from Liverpool Street take under 2 hours. Taxis can be pre-booked from Wickham Market station, Woodbridge Station or Framlingham Taxis.
