Connected to mains water and electricity, the accommodation includes an en-suite shower room with heated towel radiator, bespoke kitchen with small fridge, induction hob and combination microwave oven, living area, double bed and a wood burning stove to ensure your stay is relaxing, comfortable and cosy even in the winter months. Outside there is a table and chairs, barbecue and a shared fire bowl with the other shepherd’s hut. Included in your stay is: A welcome bottle of wine and food starter pack 100% cotton bed linen, towels (not including beach towels) Hot water and electricity First complimentary basket of logs and firelighters Sage Shepherd Hut is set in secluded grounds at Boundary Farm, on the edge of Saxtead village which has its own pub a short stroll from the farm. The historic market town of Framlingham, complete with castle and mere, is only one mile away and can be reached by public footpaths. Less than half an hour’s drive away are the beautiful Heritage Coast towns of Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh to name just a few of the better known places. We live 10 minutes away and are on hand to greet guests on arrival between 4 and 5pm. We have a key safe facility for guests who arrive later.
