There is ample parking adjacent to the property for up to 2 cars and storage for bikes if needed. There is additional garden furniture in the nearby meadow which is a perfect spot for relaxing and watching the sun set over the countryside. Living areas: An attractive newly fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area with wide ranging views over the countryside on one side and terrace and garden on the other. Equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table, chairs and sofa. Stable doors open onto the terrace and garden on one side and onto the drive on the other. There is a TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. Bedroom and bathrooms: The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a superking zip link double bed which can be made into two singles, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bedroom can be accessed directly from the drive by a ramp and stable door. It has a large en-suite accessible wet room with shower, wash basin and WC. Off the kitchen is a separate cloakroom with toilet and washing machine. Games Shed: The Games Shed is located in a barn within the grounds and is available for Boundary Farm guests. Beautiful cosy cottage,quality bedding & towels, lovely welcome pack eggs, milk,biscuits,wine, & fresh flowers. Lots of good eating places in Framingham really lovely area. Also this cottage is ideal if you have motability problems.
