Early morning and late afternoon self-drive game viewing next to the Crocodile River (border between Kruger National Park and Marloth) is also very popular. Elephant, lion, waterbuck, leopard and hippopotamus are often seen from the border fence. The house is situated a mere 50 meters from the fence. Hearing the Kruger lions roar at night is a highlight not to be forgotten. Nightly visits from the little bush baby's make for unforgettable memories. The house is a natures haven in the conservancy where you do not even have to step out to see wild animals. Marloth Park offers the guest a variety of shops, butchery, bottle store, ATM, water playground (summer only) and some interesting dining options. If you want to step out and explore the area, Flight of the Eagle at Kruger is conveniently located, 17 Km from Crocodile bridge gate, your entry into the Kruger National Park. You can find more details on everything the local area offers as well as additional information in the house brochure. A summary of local restaurants and attractions is also supplied. We thank you for choosing Flight of the Eagle at Kruger and know you will have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Warmly, Johan & Elize du Preez Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 5509190167085

Wonderful experience
We had a lovely stay at Flight of the Eagle @ Kruger. The lodging is beautiful and well kept. It is an indescribable experience to have wild life walk right past your doorstep. We were very sad when our stay came to an end. Would recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish stay in the heart of nature.

About the neighbourhood
Marloth Park is a wildlife conservancy situated on the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park. (Approximately 390 kilometers from Pretoria). Buffalo , rhino and lion are confined to Marloth's game reserve "Lions Spruit" where as the rest of the game such as Kudu , Zebra , Giraffe , Blue wildebeest , Nyala , Impala , Warthog and plenty more aren't restricted by fences and roam freely between the units that are built on 1500 hectares.
