This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a brand new building block which, yet retaining some of the Maltese traditional style within its facade as reflected by the neighbouring houses nearby. This property is fully furnished with modern decore which includes amenities such as automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, AC in both bedrooms and living room and wifi throughout the whole apartment. This 100sqm property is full of natural sunlight and has a modern layout consisting of a kitchen living dining which overflow to a bright and airy outdoor patio adorned with outdoor furniture and gas bbq ideal for lunches or late fresco dinners. Furthermore the property comes complete with 2 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and spare wc as an en-suite and another bedroom with one double bed. The property comes complete with one full family bathroom with shower cubicle. Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season. Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival. The apartment includes basic water and electricity (150kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euro per unit (1kwh). Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.
