Set a literally 3 minutes off the renowned Strand - the promenade, this apartment has it all for those who are after a family, relaxing or budget holiday. The property is located on a quiet residential street accentuated by the picturesque traditional Maltese town houses with their cute traditional Maltese balconies that overlook over the calm street. The property is located in the heart of Gzira which is just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and Sliema promenade On the other hand, St Julians and Paceville are about 10 minutes away by bus, Sliema is just round the corner, while the historical/cultural capital city Valletta is just 15 minutes away by bus. Sliema-Valletta ferry is also close by, 10 minutes walk from the property while the bus stop just across the road.

Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants.

A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity.

For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was modern clean and reasonably well appointed. We were met on time by the representative who provided a corporate welcome pack. I would recommend this as worthy of consideration if you are planning on staying in the area but be warned the property is actually in Gzira not Sliema (if...

My wife and I along with our two "grown up" chidren were visiting our youngest daughter who's at university in Malta. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. had a fantastic time in this spacious, modern and extremely clean apartment. views from the balcony were amazing. bus service a few hundred yards from apartment. on arrival we were met by a wonderful representative, and follow up care was excellent. would definately go back here, and would highly recommend this apartment. well equipt, quiet location, but within ten mins...

Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival. Deposit paid either by paypal or bank transfer
A refundable breakage deposit of 200euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
