A lovely house in a stunning secluded hill top setting.
BUT the access "road" is an unadopted loose gravel pitted and very deeply rutted track. A normal city vehicle cannot get up this and it's a 1:4 1:5 climb to boot. About a kilometre down to nearest road.
We had to get into negotiations for compensation for the huge inconvenience of trying to walk up and down this track with shopping / luggage etc.
Cars were damaged.
It means you can't pop out quickly for anything. And you're meant to carry rubbish down the hill as rubbish isn't collected.
Amenities are mixed. The electricity cannot cope with several showers and ovens on at once. Good luck finding the trip switch.
No air con or fans in rooms. This is a problem in high season.
Wifi has just been installed August 2016 - which was welcome. But there's no house phone and mobile phone signal of course is patchy in such a remote location.
Service from managers is fine...
