Villa -
3 Bedrooms , 2 Bathrooms , Sleeps 6
Colmenar, Province of Malaga, Andalucia
Our comfortable and well maitained villa is set in the peace and tranquillity of the Andalucian countryside, in one of Spains best kept secrets, the Axarquia. This beautiful villa with its own private gardens and pool , has the most stunning views across the valleys and white villages. Olive and almond trees grow in abundance on the land directly around the property and an old Andalucian farmhouse and palm trees and lush mediterranan plants and flowers adorn the garden and patios. In the cooler evenings, goats lazily tinkle past on the land below, with Huan our local shepherd, all enjoying a reprieve from the hot summer days.
It is an ideal location for those who wish to de stress, relax and unwind .
Welcome to inland Spain.

This delightful property has its own private pool which really is the 'piece de resistance'. Set b...

The local village of Colmenar is known as the capital of the Axarquia region of Andalucia. It derives its name from the beehive or 'colmena' and its organic honey can be bought today. The village also has a honey museum showing the process of collecting and producing the local honey.
The village lies in an elevated position with a church at the very top of the vllage. The views from here of the surrounding area are superb.
