Can Roy is certainly one of the most of the impressive villas, especially with the incredible views of the bay and the castle in Ibiza Town. A lot of detail has gone into the house, and it's made extra special by being in one of Ibiza most exclusive and sought-after areas.

It's 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes into Ibiza town, 5 minutes to Pacha nightclub, 5 minutes to Destino and 5-10 minutes walk to Talamanca beach.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need and all mod cons are installed with high quality brands and everything is maintained to the highest standards.

Decorated to a very high standard, the furnishings, art work and fittings, reflect a modern Ibencan style, with references to Moorish and Andaluz influences, and also reflects Roy's partly African heritage.

About the neighbourhood
The area of Cap Martinet and Talamanca is arguably one of the most sought after areas in the whole of Ibiza. The location, tranquility and closeness to Ibiza's biggest city, is a major pull factor, as well as being so close to the marina, Pacha, Lio and the Unesco World Heritage site of Dalt Vila. It appeals to most affluent and those who enjoy the nicer things in life.

Talamanca beach is beautiful with a selection of great restaurants and within a short walk away from Can Roy. Sa Punta has a jetty for launching boats too.
Jesus, the nearest small town, is 4km away and has all the major supermarkets, banks and amenities. Ibiza town (or Eivissa in Catalan) is 6.5km away and takes less than 10 minutes in a car to be in the centre of town.
Getting around
Taxis pass by the hotel OD Talamanca very frequently, which is just at the bottom of the hill. There is also a bus service into Ibiza Town, and the bus stop is also at the bottom of the hill, on the Carretera Jesus.

We have ample parking for cars at the villa, and the whole island is with a short drive from Can Roy. With the highway that runs in the middle of the island, you can get from one side to another in about 20 minutes.

From Marina Botafoc, there is also a boat service to Ibiza port, which only costs a few euros!

Dean can arrange drivers and additional transport services, as necessary.

Ferry: Puerto de Ibiza : 4.0 km
Dean, the house manager, will happily meet the guests at the airport. There's a bus service from Ibiza town and a great local taxi service.

From leaving the airport, head in the direction of SANTA EULARIA on the highway, after the junction to Sant Antoni and Eivissa, continue and stay in the right lane and follow signs to JESUS.

- Pass through the village of Jesus,and turn right in direction of CAP MARTINET. As you drive through the second small roundabout, keep your eyes open for a turning up a hill on the left with the sign CAN MANYA / CAN PEP SIMO, just before the hotel OD Talamanca.

- Go up hill and when you see the second turning on the right, number 36 is at the bottom of our road, turn up there..
