Big (140 meter (1,500')), spacy and sunny apartment located directly in front of Postiguet Beach with wide stunning sea views. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and dining area, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. In the apartment you also will find: WiFi, cable television, air conditioning, beach towels, baby crib and baby high chair. Private transfer from/to Alicante airport (20 euros). Newborn and baby car seats are available if necessary. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: VT-455873-A

This is a private apartment in a residential building. Guests will be expected to conduct themselves in a mature manner. Families and children are welcome. Please, no guests under the age of 27. No parties (no bachelor or stag party groups), costumes, or events, & please no loud noise after 10pm and before 9am. Checkout time is at noon and check in at 1600 unless previously agreed for early check in/out. NO smoking inside the apartment.

Beware! Cancelled My 5 Month Pre Paid Stay 1 Day Before Travel

The day before arrival with my family they cancelled my stay with a fabricated excuse, there was no apology they just left me without anywhere to stay potentially ruining our holiday. Fortunately I found an apartment in a far better more central location but only by luck, there literally was no where else available. Be very cautious booking with these people if a better option comes along they have no morals, and will dump you for a better offer. Incidentally the place I managed to book was excellent and called Apartmentos Romano it was the penthouse rooms, and the proprietor was really decent. Sunnyhouse 2 is not beach side there is a busy road between, it also looks scruffy from the outside. I don't usually give bad reviews and would rather not, however this one is deserved!

Perfect in every way

The location perfect for being close by to everything. Views from the balcony were stunning and you could sit for hours gazing at everything. Close to the centre without the noise. Great for families, safe secure and homely feel. Shop pharmacy and bakery close by. Plenty of restaurants and cafes. The owners made you feel very welcome and were there for your arrival and departure and close by if needed.

The apartment location is central: - Postiguet beach (Playa de Postiguet) 1 minute walk - the Old town (Casco Antiguo); - famous promenade street Explanada de España is 10 mins away; - Santa Barbara Castle (Castillo de Santa Barbara), the lift to the Castle is 3 mins away from the apartment; - marina, airport shuttle and metro, 10 minutes to the nearly mall and grocery store.

How to get there

From the bus or train station: 6 minute taxi ride, about 6-7 Euros. To walk is about 20-25 minutes. From the airport: taxi is about 20 Euros - better option is the Airport shuttle, about 4 Euro, drops off about 600 meters from the apartment at the Hotel Melia. From there, just walk along the beach (east) to the white pedestrian bridge, cross over to Calle Virgen del Socorro and then proceed east a few hundred meters. Metro station 4 to 5 minutes walk to the east, bus stops just below the apartment. There is (some) parking on the street and a public lot west about 150 meters. We have a spot for rent (10 Euros per day) if you need - located about 300 meters away.
