Inglewood court was built in 1886 as a private victorian residence on the Promenade at Arniside and located to maximise it's setting with magnificent views over the Kent estuary to the Lake District mountains beyond. It was converted to apartrments in 1997 of which this is one, located on the ground floor with the living room's bay window at the front making the most of those vistas. We are located on the quiet cul-de-sac part of the promenade within a short walk of Pubs, cafes and shops including 2 convenience stores.There are excellent transport links being just 20minutes from the M6 motorway junction 35 and a 10 minute level wallk from the railway station .This is a wildlife lovers paradise, you can watch wading birds on the estuary from the comfort of your armchair or venture out to RSPB Leighton Moss just 15 minutes away by c... Accommodation is comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen and living area are spacious and views are captivating and ever changing. Good use of mirrors and the large windows maximise the beauty of the views. Arnside is well placed for easy walking from the doorstep and I used the local train to visit other places. Arnside enjoys a magnificent setting on the south side of the Kent estuary with views across to the Lake District mountains. It is located in the Arnside and Silverdale 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' (AONB), a combination of deciduous woodlands, limestone grasslands and coastal salt marshes all enclosed by low limestone hills creating a perfect environment for rare butterflies and marshland birds. It is excellent for walking being criss-crossed by footpaths.
