Just 10 minute walk to Casares Costa golf and 15 minutes walk to the beach this is a perfect place to holiday for families or golfers. Shops, restaurants and bars are nearby in Estepona, Sabinillas and Duquesa port.
The roof terrace is ideal for sunbathing or dining with the lower balcony perfect for breakfast. The pools, set in beautiful gardens, are quiet and well maintained.
The apartment is fully furnished and extras such as hair dryer, iron etc are included.
The TV has Google Chromecast so you can enjoy UK programmes using apps for both Android and iOs.

nb An additional charge of €100 will be applied only if late arrival requested for after 9pm.

This was a fantastic little apartment with a wonder roof top terrace perfect for those who like to sun worship or play golf.

Scrupulously clean, felt like a new apartment. Its got everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Location definitely needs a car because its a mile or so off the main coast road, although local taxi's always available if you prefer that. Lovely location, quiet, easy...More

Full marks - does exactly what it says on the tin. Clean, modern apartment with everything we needed; TV, decent WiFi etc. Ideal base for golf, beach or nearby towns ... or to just chill with your own large roof terrace or beside the well...More

About the neighbourhood
Casares Costa Golf Club has a gym and wellness centre with hairdressing salon on site. It also has a great restaurant serving lunch and dinner as well as a cafe for coffee and croissants.
There is a petrol station only 3 minute drive away which has a shop for the necessities. Several supermarkets are within a 10 minute drive.
The local buses, which stop 10mins away, can take you to Gibraltar, Malaga or Marbella.
Duquesa port is a picturesque place to wander, eat and drink as is Sabinillas which also has a wide variety of shops.

Airport: Malaga: 90.0 km
From Malaga by car, take the A7 - AP7 towards Algeciras/Cadiz to junction at km 153 where you should use the E15/A7 to Algeciras/Cadiz for 8km until you reach Casares roundabout, take M8300 for 1km and then enter Casares Del Sol by turning right at the roundabout.

You can also fly into Gibraltar which is only 20 minutes away but with less flights into it.
