A luxury authentic African thatched lodge on Limpopo Lipadi Private Game and Wilderness Reserve on the Limpopo River with fabulous views of the river and in unspoilt African bush with no visible neighbours. The lodge comes with its own dedicated staff and has five double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms as well as outside showers and pathways leading to the main lodge. The main lodge has an open plan lounge with a wood fire, a well equipped kitchen, and a dining area. There is a mezzanine level that has a pool table and a small tv lounge with dvd player and projector with surround sound speakers. Getting around
To get to Saleda Lodge you can fly via air taxi from Johannesburg Lanseria airport, or organise a road transfer from OR Tambo International airport or hire a car and drive yourself. It’s approximately a five and a half hour drive from Johannesburg to Saleda Lodge. If you do hire a car make sure you get the car a ‘passport ‘ from the rental company to drive into Botswana. During the dry season Saleda Lodge is easily accessible by a regular vehicle a 4x4 is not essential.
