This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding areas.

The seafront is a 10 minute walk away, with its mile long Esplanade and the south west coastal path is on your doorstep. Take a walk to the pretty fishing village of Beer, over the cliffs on a 30 minute stroll, Branscombe is an hour away or if you are feeling energetic Sidmouth or Lyme Regis. Beautiful views towards Sidmouth or Portland on a clear day.

Local shops and supermarkets are 10 minutes walk down the hill. Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Charmouth are all easily accessible by car or bus.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with en suite shower room, kitchen diner and lounge.

We usually try to be around when you arrive, but if not we have a key safe entry. The Annexe has a basket full of local and not so local information but we are more than happy to give you our local knowledge, particularly on where to walk.

Fantastic location between Seaton and Beer. Lovely little place with patio garden, and great views over to the sea. Not far to go for relaxing on the beach at Seaton, and very near to the lovely fishing village of Beer and the Axe Valley. Not...More

Lovely quiet property with all amenities and a peaceful outdoor seating area for breakfast and evening drinks, surrounded by mature shrubs and trees for that extra bit of privacy. Owners live next door and are very friendly and informative, but definitely not intrusive. Perfect location...More

About the neighbourhood
We live in a beautiful area of East Devon. We are surrounded by cliffs to the west they take you to Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth and beyond and the east Lyme Regis and if you are feeling very energetic Golden Cap and West Bay. The river Axe is a haven for birds and we now have a brilliant wetlands area.
Getting around
Guests who have come by rail or bus, find that the local services and those which take you further afield are very easy and convenient to use. Bus stops are no more than 200 years from out house on the road to Beer and Seaton. Please note we do live at the top of a hill, therefore those of you who are not used to walking hills would find a car useful.
