The kitchen opens out to a large covered and screened outdoor entertaining with bbq so you can enjoy the best of the outdoors both day and night insect free! The sparkling pool with sandstone surrounds is also fully enclosed by screens and is set on the edge of Capercaillie’s vineyard with view to the mountains beyond. Capercaillie House is a property to be enjoyed all year round with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans to living and sleeping areas. For those who stay a little longer, the property is equipped with a full guest laundry. With the Capercaillie Cellar Door only a short stroll from your accommodation, your first wine tasting experience at one of the best cellar doors in the Hunter awaits!
