Apple Loft is situated in the centre of the picturesque Shakespeare village of Wilmcote near the village green overlooking the paddock of Mary Arden's house, the home of Shakespeare's mother.<BR>Tucked away from the road they share a beautiful three quarter acre garden with the adjoining historic Peartree Cottage-a listed building with Shakespeare family connections: they have both been rated as Four Stars by independent Visit England.<BR><BR>The Apple Loft can accommodate two people in one bedroom with an ensuite shower room and WC. We spent an excellent week at Apple Loft. Plenty of easy parking at the house, a village shop five minutes walk away for a newspaper, fresh local produce, etc, and a pub/restaurant within three minutes if required. The house stands well back from the road...More

Comfortable, warm cottage and picturesque surroundings. A warm welcome with a starter pack of bread, individual spreads and jams plus cereals, orange, tea and coffee. Margaret and Ted were very helpful but not overbearing. Easy parking and quieter than accommodation in Stratford. Close to 2...More
