A 3 bedroom detached bungalow situated in the heart of Pevensey Bay seaside village, being within a short walk to the pebble beach and local shops and amenities. Enclosed garden. Driveway parking. Pets permitted. Gas central heating. Double glazed. Dogs permitted subject to t's and c's. Children welcome. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles Holiday makers will have the benefit of using the front part of the garage for storing pushbikes if required. Gas central heating, Double glazed windows. Pets are permitted, as long as they have been treated with flea prevention treatment at least 2 days before they arrive and you do not allow them on the furniture. Wipeable dog beds are provided for your use. Bed linen is provided and will be changed once a week Hand towels and tea towels are provided but you will need to bring your own bath/beach towels Washing machine is available for holiday makers use, please note that you will need to supply you own washing powder and fabric conditioner More

Pets are permitted as long as Holiday Makers don't allow them on the furniture, two wipeable dog beds are provided. Also you must ensure they have been Flea treated at least 2 days before you arrive. Please note if you have small dogs they may be able to get out under the front driveway gates, netting has been supplied in the garage if you wish to secure this area so your dogs can run free. Smoking would only be permitted outside the property.

We had a great week at this property, perfect for the dogs and so close to the sea. My 8 year daughter loved being so close to the beach, Stoney beach but plenty of sand when the tide went out.

The bungalow was very nice close to beach too.. Only downside was we have two small dogs and they nearly got out of the gate, so we brought plastic netting and some cable ties to tie on gate to stop them from getting out.. Also...More

One of the best properties we have stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. As well as being close to beach, shops, takeaways etc were nearby.

About the neighbourhood
Conveniently situated a short walk from the beach, which is open to dogs all year round, making this an ideal stay for you and your four legged friends. Sovereign Harbour and The Crumbles retail park are approximately 1 mile distant with its shops, bars and restaurants. Pevensey Bay and surrounding areas are fairly flat so ideal for walks and bike rides, should you wish to bring your own bikes with you. There are many attractions and places of interest in Pevensey Bay, Eastbourne and surrounding areas for those of you with or without children. Pevensey Castle and Pevensey Court Museum are a must, along with Eastbourne Pier and Beachy Head, along with walks through the South Downs.
Getting around
There are bus stops just round the corner from the property, taking you in the directions of Eastbourne, Pevensey or Bexhill/Hastings. Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the driveway of the property
