Sea Breeze is a contemporary 2 bedroom house above the seaside village of Portreath. The south facing garden floods light through the house all day long and the view of the sea is invigorating. Glimpses of the sea are also visible from the lounge and master bedroom. A ten minute walk along a pretty path will take you to the beach and local amenities. Sea Breeze comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower. The second bedroom looks over the garden. It has a superking size bed which can be split into two single beds when required. The garden consists of a lawn and decked area, from which you can see the sea.

We felt as if the house was over advertised and and the pricings were too expensive for what we stayed in. We also felt there was a lack of storage space and no coffee table as advertised in one of the pictures. It was very hard to work out how to use the heating system in which we were left...

We really enjoyed our time at Sea Breeze. Well located and only a short walk down to the village and beach. The house itself is a lovely property, very well maintained & appointed with many extra touches that you rarely find in rental properties. It's an ideal place for a couple or a family with a couple of kids.

About the neighbourhood
Portreath has a lovely sandy beach, which is popular for swimming, surfing and bodyboarding. When the tide is out there are numerous rock pools and caves for children to explore. The beach has a stream running down to the sea, which is great for entertaining toddlers. Cafes are close by when you need refreshments and in the centre of the village there is also a grocery shop, post office, bakery, three pubs, a couple of beach/surf shops and a children's park.

Portreath is an ideal base for walkers, runners and cyclists. Take the South West coastal path towards Godrevy or Porthtowan for spectacular sea views. Walking and cycling trails take you through Illogan Woods or over to Tehidy Country Park - a park comprising of 250 acres of woodland, lakes, bridleways and nature trails. Also, th...

Railway: Redruth: 7.0 km
Follow the A30 until you see a sign for Camborne/Portreath - take this exit keeping to the right. Turn right at the traffic lights and then second left which is signposted Portreath. Continue straight ahead at the mini roundabout and the next roundabout. At the T junction turn right. Follow this road until you get to a crossroad and turn left. This road will take you to Tregea Close, a housing estate on the right soon after the entrance to Gwel an Mor (a 5 star holiday complex). Turn left into Tregea Close and Sea Breeze is the first house on the left.
NB. Satellite navigation systems do not usually recognise the address, so please use my directions.
