A modern, bright airy, 1st floor apartment located on a private development in Stalham Staithe. It is a 1 minute walk to the river, duck pond with a seating area and boat hire. Close to the village of Stalham, a 5 minute walk away, which boasts a variety of local shops and eateries. 20 minute drive to the heart of the Norfolk Broads- Wroxham or 10 minutes to the beautiful Norfolk coast. Great location for fishing, relaxing on the beach, walking, cycling, nature and bird lovers.
There is off road parking for 1 car with additional visitor parking.
Electricity, bed linen, bath towels and a tea towel are included.
A small hand towel and hand soap are provided in the bathroom.
Small, well behaved pets are allowed.
Sorry, no smoking within the apartment.

There are local buses, 5 minute walk to the bus stop to nearest towns and coasts. (Timetables in apartment.) Why not hire a boat from the local boatyard, 2 minute walk away and explore the Broads. Cycle hire from nearby Wroxham.
