Lovely villa, poor management company
Lovely villa and staff however there is currently construction next door and you can see the building works and workers overlooking the pool (it looks like they are building another villa so it could last for a while). We would definitely return again but next time would not book through the Luxe Nomad.
The Luxe Nomad only informed of the construction a few days before our departure date giving us very few options - they did not inform us until we had paid the final balance in July even though we heard when we arrived that the construction had started a few months earlier. This meant that we had to move to another villa during our stay which was very disruptive and spoilt our holiday as the other villa was inferior and we were not able to use the pool there. Compliments to Mr Bagus the villa staff member who made us feel very welcome even if our stay was just for one night
