We checked into My Pond hotel for a week for a business trip and was unsure what to expect due to the unknown COVID-19 impact,
We arrived at the hotel and Bianca (general manager) was there to greet us with a friendly smile, she clearly explained the COVID-19 protocols in place which was very good,
The rooms were very spacious and clean, one can see a effort has been made to setup old rooms in the best way possible - job well done.
The restaurant was not operational during our stay, we were only able to have our daily breakfast - it was very good however the service lacked.
The overall feel and look of the hotel is good, the value is good and the experience good, maybe a good deep clean and some service training is required and the My Pond hotel will be ok.
