I booked a room in this hotel for my mother visiting from over seas. They were very happy with the room and service. I came to visit and expected to stay for one night but the place, family and surroundings made me stay for two more nights. No problem extending my stay. I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and lounge areas. Room nr five on the second floor have a nice ocean view and are a great spot if you want privacy.
All rooms were spotless clean and refreshed every day.
The bed were large (I think king-size) & comfortable, not to soft, quite firm.
In the room there was also a sofa and a writing desk with chair.
Fridge with water and milk were also refilled every day in the room. Tea, coffee and biscuits were availing in the rooms as well as satellite TV with lots of channels and a great air-conditioning system to remove the moist coastal air in the night.
The bathroom were also super clean and lots of products were available to use, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bodylotion, air refreshener, showercap as well as a hairdryer.
The dining area had view to the pool, and the big common room have tree large size and a table. Books of the local area, travel magazines & guidebooks could be borrowed from the bookshelfs.
The pool was clean and refreshing but the cleaning robot were connected all day long so if we wanted a swim we had to swim around the vacuuming machine. Not so much of a problem but can't that thing work during nighttime so that swimming during the day would be hassle-free?
Breakfast was included but you have to decide what you want to eat and which time you want it the day before so that the kitchen can be ready. Breakfast was yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, tea , juice, cheese. Also hot breakfast with egg, toast, jam, mushrooms, sausages, bacon & fried tomatoes. Every day of my stay we also got something freaky baked, like croissant or buns.
The host were eager to help us with suggestions for day-trips, activities, safaris and restaurants.
I would recommend this place for holiday or romantic get away as It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
