Fridge/freezer - No handle on fridge, broken shelf and loud banging noise
Shower - Cracked tiled on floor
Bathroom Vanity Unit Drawers - Not fitting properly
Lounge - Right hand tie back broken and knotted around curtain
Disgusting dirty windows
Bedroom - Blinds very dirty and right hand window curtain hanging off curtain track
Lounge furniture - very uncomfortable and badly situated for watching Tv
No oven gloves provided
We emailed the owner on 28 Dec 2014 requesting if we could store our cases as we arrived in Sydney at 7am and not allowed at the apartment until 2pm. He emailed back on 16 Jan 2015 when we were in transit and unable to receive it.
No contact in 5 weeks of our stay.
We paid for cleaning but did it ourselves. A reduction was mentioned by the owner but not forth coming.
Not received damage deposit even after 14 working days
We hold photographic evidence of all these complaints and are planning on taking the matter further
