The Houses are very nice…..the rooms Are clean……and for the Child it gives a very nice folderwaybed….the Restaurants Are very good….and the Swimming Land was Great with Many slides…..and spa….it gives also a Mini market

The hotel is great, the service and all other points leave nothing to be desired. Checking in and feeling good is the name of the game here. The rooms are large with full bathroom, television, closet and desk
Everyone will find what they are looking for here and the doors of the pub are open at the end of the day

Good stay and facilities.
Very Nice and exciting new years eve too.
The water temperature and general temperature was low and not baby friendly in the water area.
Service during mid Day and evening was very slow and confusing.

I would not recommend going there, everything is run down, the houses where dirty, no mosquito nets on the window, therefore dear mosquitos on the walls from the previous tenant. A lot just closed in the sauna in the swimming pool. It was a terrible experience. Only good things, nice staff and the New Year Party.

too many quality disadvantages like:
No different menues like it was offered on the menue card
Welleness area smells like a cesspool
Extra pay for the use of sauna. No batherobe in the room.
Extremly noisy sliding door in the room. No clothing door between bedroom and toilette room.
But the fireworks was excellent.

Agree with the other reviews. This place is not clean and outdated. It needs renovation basically everywhere. The houses need a deep cleaning. Dust everywhere and the kitchen smells like old frying oil.
The breakfast is not worth the money.
More like a 3 star resort on Mallorca than 4 stars.
