This restaurant makes it worthwhile to meander through the small villages of France. In a beautiful setting, with hard working attentive staff it is a small gem of French cuisinne and presentation. I joked with the owner and asked him when he was going to get his first Michelin star. He replied: "Never, I don't want to have to wear a Tuxedo to serve!"
