I dropped in to grab a pie for lunch but with a $10 minimum on eftpos walked out empty handed. At time which contactless makes the only sense this is stupid.

As for the pie .. no idea but this review could have gone a totally different way.

Best patisserie in Canberra for a wide selection of cakes, pastries, pies, quiche & sourdough breads. Garden out the front is simply lovely.

Being French, standards in patisserie are quire high and in Australia in general, cakes are pretty average at best.

We felt back home when we tried Flute. We tried all their cakes and they are all amazing! Macaroon are average and not worth the money, but the rest is great.

The only thing that I wouldn't recommend to the stay and dine in as there is no table service. Take away only.

And it is quite expensive and the opening hours rather inconvenient as it is not open on weekends, which is usually when we would need the cakes.

I recently ordered two delicious cakes for a family birthday. Not only did they look extraordinary but they tasted delicious. If you go to the shop front the coffee is great and there is always something delicious to buy to go with it! Bread also to die for!

Arrived near the end of lunch so most savoury meals had gone. Had a nice tasting cake and coffee. While the cakes are full of flavour they are small. Limited options for 'gluten free' food. Some seating available inside.
