Following a review in the "Guardian" newspaper, we tracked down this lovely agriturismo restaurant situated between Cervignano and Aquilea, on the road down to Grado. The food is typical Friulano fayre, very well cooked and with lots of choice. The gnocchi were as light as a feather, and the lasagna delicious, as were all the other home made dishes. Overall, a lovely meal that was enjoyed by each of us. the setting within a vineyard is beautiful, and their own produced Refosco and Friulano (Tocai) wines are superb. The wines are for sale, with especially good value wine boxes at €10.00 for 5 litres, and their superior wines at around €6.00 per 75 cl bottle,
All in all we shall definitely return both for the food, the welcome and the winesand would recommend it for any visitor to the area.
