The staff are great not there fault, so don’t go for food.
Been here for over a hour and no food had arrived, the food is cold and they have no “fry’s” so they will see what they can do? Well go to the shop and get some potato’s then.

Seriously must be so embarrassing for the staff, don’t have this don’t have that and nothing arrives for hours and it’s cold.

Beers are good the only good thing.

Don’t go near for food.

Went with my parents early thursday evening. There were very few tables but the service was slow, beer was warm, and food was disappointing. Mine had very oviously been sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time and the lettuce was wilty and hot.

4 of my friends and I arrived at brew street at 4:45pm, the place was completely empty...we walked in and found a booth to sit in. The waitress greeted us, but seemed confused of what time the pub opened at. Now from my experience working in the hospitality industry or any job for that matter it's general knowledge to know when your place of employment opens and closes. She handed us some drink menus and all of us who were pretty hungry and asked for food menus as well. Again the waitress seemed confused and she had no idea what time the kitchen would be open, but told us to take a look. We sat and waited about 10 minutes for our drinks while we watched our waitress chatting with coworkers and the bartender who wasn't even pouring us our drinks. Our waitress finally dropped off some food menus just before 5pm, she came and took our orders for appetizers only just after 5pm (we were told we weren't allowed to order mains) ...at 530 almost 30 minutes after we ordered our appies our waitress dropped off the one of the two things we ordered. While dropping it off our waitress said "oh you won't be getting your calamari as it's still frozen but here is your 5 cheese dip to tide you over" then walked away...Okay? First off she didn't even offer for us to pick another appie plus it took 30 minutes for her to relay that message/for us to even get our one appie and secondly calamari goes in the deep fryer so I'm not sure what the issue about it being frozen was? When we asked our waitress if we could order our mains now she again was confused she was like "I think so...the kitchen should be open now" how do you not know what time the kitchen is open?? Also we are watching tables around us being served food, It's Saturday and its dinner time...didn't we just get an appie? Is the kitchen only making appies right now? Communication is key!
While the 5 of us waited around for over an hour for our entrees to arrive we watched 3 or 4 tables get there food and finish before we got ours...keep in mind we were the first table there. When our food finally did arrive all of it was ice cold and our burgers were burnt. All of us hungry and super fustrated at this point asked to speak to a manager, he came over and asked what the problem was...when we expressed our fustrations especially about the length of time it took to make our entrees his response "yeah our kitchen didn't open until 530 or 6" how the hell as a manager do you not know when your kitchen opens? It was a poor excuse for poor service and crappy food. Our waitress and the manager didn't even apologize to us....the waitress took 15 minutes to bring us our bills (with our drinks on it), which she screwed up...the manager didn't even come over to take our payment like any good manager would do to try and rectify the situation and have us come back to give them business. I highly suggest not going to this place, the waitresses looked super unhappy, are clueless when it comes to even answering simple questions. It takes just a little bit of time to train your staff properly to run a business especially if you want costumers to return.

Went for a Friday night dinner. Waiter told us they were very understaffed. (The sign out front stated they weren’t opening until 6pm.)

They used to have a huge craft beer list. This time they only had a handful.

Food was good but my meal came 10 minutes after my wife’s.

Overall disappointing.

GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Been there twice before with good vibes from it but just got back home from a terrible experience. Made an online reservation for 5pm for a friends 40th birthday party and when we got there at ten to five, our party, birthday girl included, was waiting outside the door, the doors locked. There was a sign outside stating that they will open at 5pm. We never got in till 5:20, and that was after we wandered around the building to talk to one of the employees at the back that was loading kegs off a truck. He told us that they were severely understaffed and that they were debating not opening at all. Eventually they let us in, and we were the only people in the place till 6pm when they "officially" opened. We never got any great service from anyone except one of the bartenders. Funny story, the bartender was there for an interview and was put to work right away. Management needs to be replaced as the staff was doing everything they could to serve everyone, but couldn't keep up with the lack of support. Even the "owner" came over to our table to drop off some drinks that we were waiting for a half hour for with no apology or anything. This whole experience is completely unacceptable for any establishment and we will never be coming back under this management. I expect to see the place boarded up within the year which is a shame because if it had someone who understood how to run an establishment, it could have potential.
