Great location with terrific views, super friendly staff and perfect fresh fish.

Booked for family dinner, children very well catered for with good food and waiters who were excellent. Starters all good with garlic prawns a standout. Mains of snapper, sea bass and local hake all spot on ( recommend the hake). The little one was particularly impressed with the chocolate coulant (fondant) dessert, good coffee and very good value for money compared to some other places nearby.

So good we booked again before we go home

Picked this place at random because it looked ok. My girlfriend had the spaghetti bolognese which was, her words, the worst she ever had. And we do eat a lot of spaghetti. I had the grilled grouper, it’s a fish restaurant after all. It was ok but nothing more than that. I’ve had much better fish on the island for a lot less money. Final thoughts: paid too much for a mediocre lunch

Staying at Del Duque. Stopped for a glass of wine in the sunshine.(3pm) Weren't made particularly welcome. Sat at a table, asked by waiter to move to another table. Only one other couple sitting outside so wasn't busy & werent stopping any lunch trade!!!! Nice wine. Shame about the attitude.

Situated right on the harbour with unmissable sea views although some of the inside tables won't have this. We did reserve a specific table but when we arrived this wasn't available for us. The special market menu for fish has a superb selection and you can see the uncooked fish at the back counter if you wish. The waiter poured a generous G&T straight from the bottle at our table. The waiters are older and the restaurant has a traditional feel but it is a busy well recommended restaurant amongst many excellent places to eat in La Caleta. Our meal consisted of 2 main courses and 1 shared dessert of delicious brandied figs with 3 G&Ts and was about £70.

We were here on 14th March. Booked the last table inside at about 5pm to eat at 8.30 for dinner. There are a few reviews from people saying the service is slow and the food is not that great. Well listen up...the food is amazing, the staff are professional and the food and service was delivered all in good time. People have to realise when a restaurant becomes so popular there are going to be the odd occasion when they are so busy your food might take a bit longer to be served. Someone might be off ill...The chefs can only cook from fresh at a certain rate, so if the restaurant gets rammed and you’re lucky enough to get a table, kick back, relax, chill out, admire the view, get off your phone and have a conversation. Stunning in every way. And not overpriced. Booking to go back next week. Big thanks to Giuseppe one of our waiters and the rest of his colleagues. What more can I say.
