Sometimes you find a little place so unassuming on the outside to left you perplexed of why so many people voted so highly for it. Then you wal the door and find a little (very little!), cozy and well decorated place that is like a small jewel box. Gibo is courteous and gentle, and his cuisine is a delightful blending of traditional Friuli with more sophisticated techniques (like the "caramelle di Gibo", with formadi frant and edible flowers). A very well sorted wine list completes the menu, and thankfully for those like me that are not wine experts it does provide very good suggestions at absolutely reasonable price.
Certainly among the best restaurants in the area, without any doubt.
