The hotel's gardens with the splendid olive trees, the outdoor pools and the charming restaurant/bar provide a breathtaking view of the ionian sea and a very relaxing atmospere. The hotel has no private beach but there is an unspoiled beach within walking distance. The personel is friendy and responsive in all cases. Taking into account the limitations due to the COVID measures, the only space for improvement would be the temperature the white and rosé wines are served - always warm- and the limited knowledge of the waitors about the wines on the list. But this is a minor point!

Not to be missed! The absolute paradise!
The staff is super friendly and the sales lady is really helpful! We will definitely come back to this place. Someone needs to watch the sunset from the lobby pool!

We had a great time at the Resort, I don't have words enough to praise the staff and the surroundings and facilities, the adults pool a very nice area to rest in the afternoon, the breakfast and the measures for Covid, all was swell

We booked relatively last minute in a junior suite with shared private pool, the hotel is in a gorgeous position with stunning views and it’s short walk to Fiskardo which is a real bonus as Fiskardo is so beautiful and the restaurants there are I have to say are far superior to the hotels offerings which are ok but not amazing (breakfast was an exception the food was lovely)
The hotel has clearly worked hard to improve many areas previously complained about and if they continue to do this it may just achieve its 5 star rating, at the moment we would say it is a 4 star with niggles....but we would say if you are not a perfectionist and don’t mind paying the 5 star price for the location then go and enjoy Kefalonia from this hotel but expect the odd lapse in service and the extra charges that creep in for minor amenities that should really be included in the price eg gym, tea bags and water

We have come home on a high and all said it has been one of our best trips so that says it all!!!

Pros - location and views, hotel grounds, rooms cleaned really well each day, loads of toiletries, staff work hard to wear masks and hand gels are abundant, always a bed by the pool with lovely thick cushions which are no longer red but have been updated to grey giving the hotel an updated modern look, the beach is a must to sit and watch the sunset with a Mythos from the kiosk!!
Shuttle bus to and from Fiskardo (every half hour would be even better than hourly), golf buggies will happily take you around, good quality wine and beer selections, lovely spa area to use to shower on leaving day and staff do work hard to sort any issues for you

Cons - rooms need an urgent update to reflect 5star rating and our mattress was very hard and we counted 6 lamps to turn on each night for light!, the evening menu at the pool restaurant was the same as the day which was disappointing, there are a lot of wasps in this region (they aren’t aggressive) some staff are a little miserable and curt (breakfast girl) We found we had to ask a lot for things that were lacking upon our arrival like teabags and coffee

Stayed for one night and had the best massage of my life. Highly recommend going to Sotiris if you stay here and spending most of your day by the pool and beautiful rockpools/beach below. Thank you again Sotiris!
