We stayed at Elena Apartments for a week and found them really relaxing. We stayed in room 4 2 bedroom with really good views. The cleaner is a lovely lady called Katalina who makes your stay. The pool area is very private and relaxing. We would go back

We stayed here for ten days. During our stay we were told of two lots of problems with the electrics in the appartments, including one key melting and making the wall black.
The overall experience was good, but being in appartment 5 means people walking past you which at 2.30 am when they are singing can wake up children.

The pool area has no shade and there are not enough parasols to go around. You are also not allowed to wear swin tops or t shirts to cover shoulders. The pool shuts at 8pm and opens at 9. In my experience 9.30. The cleaner is charming, friendly and helpful. The owner is brisk, sour faced and could do with a career change.

Room Tip: flat 5 and 6 are the best but tend to be hot without the aircon

We stayed here in room 4 for a week .when we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady Katalina the cleaner who showed us our room.We were then told the pool was closed due to some problem with the upstairs guests wearing clothes in the pool but it would be open in the morning. The next day it was still closed .very disappointing as we booked this place as it had a pool.Luckily we were able to use the pool at The Mermaid appartments so our boys got to go swimming. The owner never did explain why the pool was closed or apologised for the inconvenience.
The rooms were kept spotless & we had clean sheets & towels every other day.The only downside was the cooker was just a tabletop oven with 2 rings on top so cooking a meal wasn't really possible.Luckily there is a great restaurant Spiros just over the road so we ate out every night. They have huge portions so order sparingly.

Room Tip: Room 6 on the top floor is the best as it has a large balcony.room 4 on the first floor is also good as it is at the front

We've just come back from a lovely relaxing 2 weeks here. These apartments are great value for money at this resort, as the Marilena apartments next door are practically double the price.
We were a little disappointed when we first arrived as the decoration in the kitchen & bathroom is very 'retro' - but hey you don't go on holiday to worry about the colour of the kitchen tiles!
The rest of the apartment is all freshly decorated white, with 2 large bedrooms both with doors out on to the balcony, and the views are amazing front and back!
Dimitris the owner is on hand in the morning and evening everyday cleaning the pool, which he keeps pristine, and as there are only 6 apartments here we pretty much had the pool to ourselves most days, which made it feel more like a lovely private rental rather than the whole 'pool bar' thing some people go for at a hotel.
The accommodation was cleaned every other day, and the cleaner Katerina was amazingly thorough - she left the place spotless, so it was lovely to come back to after a hard day lounging & snorkelling.
Its worth knowing that these apartments are at the top end of the resort, and as such it is a 35/40 min walk into Paleokastritsa main beach & harbour area, however as it is next door to the campsite there are several bars and restaurants nearby and a couple of supermarkets.
Overall excellent value for money and we would go back.

Room Tip: We were on the top floor, which had the biggest balcony areas.
