This is your place if you dream of a garden where a vast mango tree spreads its shade and you look through to where palms sway above a perfect miles-long white sand beach. Add into the blissful mix fresh seafood served with a green papaya or palm heart/avocado salad (for example) for lunch and delicious 3 course dinners on the terrace under a starlit sky. With its cool design notes and lovely laid-back ambience Diani House exerts its very own Swahili-coast magic. Like us, you'll want to go back again and again for more of its always warm welcome and to be looked after superlatively by its attentive staff

Great food, great apartment, great view, great staff & great owner.
We really loved it.
Would recommend it to everyone.
We were staying 5 days at the place and we really miss it.
After a long Safari trip, it was the right place to stay.

such a lovely place to unwind. simple and rustic, but attentive to comfort and wellbeing and a bit of adventure. The staff was so warm and the food was so wonderful and the overall ambiance was first rate! plus-- diani beach at your feet!

My friends and I spent a week here after a strenuous few days in Nairobi. It was blissful. BUT don’t come if your idea of a beach trip is the Hilton. It is decidedly rustic. The beds are surrounded by mosquito netting, the power goes off, monkeys and lizards are everywhere. For me, it was perfection. You know you are in Africa which is part of the fun. The pool is clean. The ocean waves lull you to sleep. There are lots of places to hang out outside and the grounds are expansive. The meals are tailored to your taste and are filled with the freshest seafood, fruits and vegetables. The staff are discreet and accommodating in every way. Angie tells great stories and ensures everyone is happy. And don’t get me started on the onsite massages — simply sublime. This is paradise for those not seeking evening entertainment and cookie cutter hotel rooms. If you are Robinson Crusoe with a need to be pampered a bit, you will never want to leave. I don’t.
