Reviewed 28 April 2021

My family and I spent five days of our memorable and fabulous stay (1st. April, 2021 to 5th. April, 2021) celebrating my 75th. Birthday at this lovely hotel thanks mainly to the management and all the staff for taking very good care of us. . We were indeed grateful to Mr. Kioko Musyoki (General Manager), Ms. Salome (Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Jacob (Reservation), for their personal attention and co-operation.
Ambiance, food and service was very good. We were served with variety of delicious vegetarian meals on request thanks to the experienced and friendly chefs Mr. Joseph Mwangi, Mr. Jacob and their team in the kitchen. Amazing resort with direct access to the beach. We were more than happy to be upgraded to Deluxe Rooms no. 205 and 208 which were very hygienically clean with all the essential items provided. Everything was sanitized and their utmost care was for Covid prevention which gave us a feeling of safety. The house keeping was superb by Ms. Sylvia We simply loved our stay and celebrations and enjoyed breakfast in the main dining hall, lunch at the nice Italian Restaurant and because of the Easter Celebrations special well spread buffet dinners were organised in the garden on Easter Friday and by the seaside/Beach on Easter Sunday. Our Cake cutting ceremony was supremely well organised with a wonderful Birthday Card from the Hotel Management which was simply heart-winning. Indeed, it showed Care & Respect for the Guests..
The hospitality was at its best and we all enjoyed our great and memorable stay as this was being our fifth time stay and we look forward to come again in future. There was never a dull moment as there were also very good daily entertainment programmes in the evening. Our grandson also enjoyed the Kids Club which was wonderfully managed. The Wellness Centre was good too with a nice swimming pool with jacuzzi, besides another main big swimming pool facing the seaside.
Well Done to all at the Leopard Beach Hotel & Spa for the quality service, food, hospitality, care and respect.

Our trip was cancelled by our travel operator due to COVID-19, however we had paid the hotel directly for our wedding ceremony, 75% of it.
On having our holiday cancelled i contacted the hotel re their cancellation policy for the wedding and was told they refund 50%. So far after emails being ignored we still have not had the 25% refunded to us. The hotel management seem to be taking a blind eye approach which is a shame as we would certainly have rebooked a holiday in the future.

Daniel on two days trip then stayed at night at Tsavo East National
Park. Hotel worths of recommendation too. Clean and with beautiful view
at Savana. The hotel stuff also very nice and helpful. Wild animals were
at your fingertips. At this moment we are still very excited about this

I’m quite pleased with my vacay at Leopard. The hotel is well based, by mind-blowing beach. Locals are very friendly, willing to talk and sell you some souvenirs. Although we probably don’t need most of the stuff, Please buy at least a coconut or a magnet to support their small businesses.
Also I highly recommend this guy, who Jaś two camels (Dushi and Nelson) - he works on shifts with his teenage son. If you don’t need ride a camel please take a photo and give 10$ to a man. It’s not a big amount, but could really help.
Also next to Leopard there’s a little shop with clothes running by few Mammas :) they are good women, also worth to support.
At last, remember you are going to Africa. It’s good to take some stomach problem medice, ibuprofen for a fever and also after sum and sunburn spray. The sun is wild.

I loved my room 201. It had a patio and lots of space. The people were very friendly and welcoming. There were monkeys running around but they didn't bother anyone. Just a very short walk to the beach and pool. It was a long high traffic drive to back to Mombasa but it was very interesting along the way.
