The apartments are new and modern. Those on the ground floor have a small little garden which is great if you have children, more space for playing. Residence is located 200-300 m from the beah which sometimes can be hard, especialli if you go a few times a day to the beach with your child but it is wort becouse the beach is beatiful. Just below Cala Sultana this year have been finished a new residence called Les sables de Santa Giulia, it is right on the beach and it is perfect, but it is more expensive. Sun beds cost 40 eur for two and umbrella, on this part of beach.

Ok the good first: Spic and span, chic and modern apartments - well equipped but Corsica is expensive and these apartments which are not cheap dont even give you washing up liquid or a towel so make sure you bring everything from home as the local shop is a rip off. Also there is a TV with only 4 channels and although I dont go away to watch tv, for the price, if you offer a tv you should have a decent selection and the only ones are french and not even a general newschannel in english.
Lovely balcony but they are about 5 mins from the beach and in the scorching sun it is a pain and NO POOL!!! In the nearby Castell Verde Hotel there is a pool area where you can secretly find out the code to enter but can you believe it NO SUNSHADES provided! Have never known a hotel to not give you a sun umbrella the corsicans seriously charge you for everything, terrible. However the cocktails in this nearby hotel are fabulous but 10pounds a pop so raid the bank before going..
Beach nearby and bay is stunning, white sand and cliffs in the background however no cheap cafe or bar on beach to get a snack the only places you can get lunch are on the beach and it is 20GBP for a salad you would pay 3quid for in a local garage in UK.
Moby Dick has lovely food but lunch puts you back 50EUR a person and the setting is wonderful but the cocktails are terrible - head to Castell Verde for the best coctails around..
all in all, a lovely apartment but for kids and families. no young people or bars around and without a car there arent even lights to walk down the street at night
