Wasn’t sure if would be able to fulfill our stay, soon had reply back saying would not be a problem and contact hotel when could, even though our booking was non refundable.Did go and got there two hours before check in time, staff very pleasant, room was available for us.Very clean and room well equipped.
Huge room, very comfortable beds.lunch was lovely there, staff went out of their way to find out the way to where we wanted to go.
Pleasant atmosphere at bar in the evening, easy to get taxi from hotel.
Huge selection at breakfast, very tasty too.
Check out quick by the lovely staff at reception.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Brentford is beautiful town and hotel is located right on the lock. So one side of the rooms present a lovely sight of the canal while as other side presents The View of Brentford town. It is a cosy compact Hotel with decent sized rooms. Quite clean, very quiet and peaceful. The beds are very nice and comfortable. The amenities are like Holiday Inn Express although this one is a full-fledged Holiday Inn. They have a nice bar overlooking the waters . Bar and the restaurant merge and the staff is friendly. The guys at reception are cheerful and welcoming and check-in and check-out is a breeze.

Stayed here recently while attending the Rolling Stones concert at Twickenham stadium. Our room was lovely, very comfortable and had a great view. Staff were very helpful & friendly & gave us directions to the stadium by bus. Breakfast was excellent with tasty sausages and well presented. A shame we were only staying for one night, would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here on business for 3 nights
The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and very easy to control the temperature.
Breakfast was a little disappointing in terms of variety but what there was was tasty and well cooked etc

We stayed here on May 4th 2018 as the last stop on a walking holiday (having walked the canal from near Leicester). It's a very nice Holiday Inn - room great, comfortable and quiet - bus stop for central London 5 minutes away (easy change at Hammersmith) and there's a few restaurants and bars to choose from around the canal locks themselves which is nicely presented. Bar prices a little steep - but no different from other hotels in the capital. Would recommend.
