This is a famous one and only one place where Maa lakshi stays. as per hindu mythology. The inner soul get purified by the simple darshan of Mata Laxshi aslo known as ambadevi. With peaceful internal surrounding embedded in beautifully crafted pillars maa lakshmi temple brings in the old age indian sculpture art at its best.

What I liked:
The Mahalaxmi idol & the stone carvings are really beautiful.

What needs improvement:
The walk from car park to the temple can be troublesome. The distance itself is not great but you have to wade through roads which are crowded with people & unruly vehicles with loud horns and emissions. And if it has just rained, you will have to face all this on slippery rubbish roads. It's better to take an auto rickshaw to the temple.

Maha Laxmi jee's temple was very good annd the architecture was too good. Single rock cut 1100+ years old. The temple has a lot of peace.

No other words to explain the serene & divine experience upon visiting the world famous Mahalaxmi temple. The narrow lines, cues going through the centuries old structure being carved out of a single rock is simply beautiful. Also along with the main temple get a chance to visit various other temples in the same vicinity of other prominent deities as well. Over all a holistic experience..
