We chose this place because it was close to our homestay and we were not in the mood for a long drive on a foggy evening. What a great find it turned out to be. The waiter and the owner spoke English and were obviously delighted to have some foreigners around midweek in December, as they did everything to make our dining experience memorable.
The pasta was probably the best I have EVER eaten and my wife’s pizza was simply sublime. The same was true for the desserts. Portions were generous and prices totally reasonable.
When we left we were hardly surprised to discover that all other cars in the lot were registered in San Marino. The locals just always know the best places.
