“excellent new years stay”
Reviewed 6 January 2016 for a stay in January 2016

This was a great find we really decided at the last minute to go away for new year break. There was 9 adults and the cottage accommodation was great it was so spacious every thing was there you needed we were met by the owners sister lovely girl who showed us where everything was and from there we all settled into a super break away you can walk to everything no need to drive. I have worked in the travel industry for the last 30 years and we all lookforward to our next visit. I would give rate this property 4 star.

“Premium location”
Reviewed 9 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

We spent a couple of nights at Havelock Cottage (with 2 kids) and had a wonderful time. House larger than expected, with great large living room space on 2nd floor. Views would be great across to Omeath/Carlingford lough (weather awful during our stay, but can imagine it would be wonderful). Kitchen very well equipped and has everything you'd need, but we decided to eat out both nights. Both the Whistledown and Lough and Quay are highly recommended (great service and food), and only a few minutes walk from the house. We didn't get to meet Josie (as we arrived late), but she provided detailed instructions, etc so no problems.

“Great location”
Reviewed 4 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

This cottage had everything and the most fantastic view. It was a pleasure staying here. The landlady Josie was very pleasant and greeted us well. Central to everything. Would recommend this place again.
Thankyou

“This holiday home ticks all the boxes”

Great location, at the seafront, in a nice area and it's quiet at night. Good sized house in good order and nicely decorated. Great kitchen with all mod cons. As there were nine of us (three adults and six teenage boys) it was fantastic to have the two bathrooms. Yard and garage out the back was an added bonus for our two mountain biker enthusiasts. Impossible to think of a downside to this holiday home!
