The perfect place to stay. The accommodation is beautifully decorated, equipped and furnished. It is spacious and comfortable. It was great to sit in the conservatory and look out across the lovely garden.
The cottage is well located, less than five minutes walk from the sea. There are lots of good walks within a short driving distance. The cottage and the area are a great place to stay.
Easy 5 min walk into town. You can cut through a lane straight onto seaview and walk along the harbor.
Website does the charm and amenities no justice. Cottage is large and very lovely and comfortable. We had a five year old and there was a bath if needed. Lots of linens, plenty of rooms to sit in and enjoy books, TV, the view and lovely back yard. Would highly recommend and stay again. Hosts are discreet and available if needed.
Only suggestion is clocks in the bedrooms - there is one in the main bathroom.
Thank you - cant wait to come back again.
Our Stay in this amazing cottage was fantastic. We loved the lovely styled house so much. The owners were so Kind. They provide us a travel cot and a highchair. Thanks for Everything!
We had a lovely 3 night stay at Cedar Cottage. The accommodation was absolutely excellent, very peaceful and lovely gardens.
Without any hesitation we will be back, possibly later this year!
It goes without saying that we would highly recommend Cedar Cottage
Parking wasn't great but we had family across the road and parked there.
Warrenpoint is a small town, located midway along the coastline between Dublin and Belfast. Contrary to the west coast of Ireland it is not overcrowded with tourists. The house, Cedar Cottage, is close to the seafront and is - in any respect - absolutely spotless. A conservatory is nice to sit in during the evenings, and you'll often enjoy the company of two white ducks, walking upright around the garden. Tasteful interior and all kitchenware is just about perfect (not always the case with holiday cottages, to my experience). Our entire company (three seniors) recommends this house warmly.
PS: And if you are into walking (The Mourne Mountains are close) go to the tourist office and ask for maps, etc. The help we had was great.
