Well kept marshes with lots of wildlife. Dogs on leads welcome so a lovely place to stroll on a sunny evening. Lots of bird watches frequent the marshes. Well worth a visit.

I walked around the whole reserve, spotted Lapwings, Avocets, Chinese water deer and heard a cuckoo in the adjoining woods. Beautiful haven for wildlife, well worth a visit.

Lovely family walking place, dogs should be kept on leads for everyone's comfort. Not everyone likes random dogs coming up to them. Take a picnic or a flask, a camera too.

Love coming here such a lovely nature filled area to walk around so tranquil it's a must for walkers who like to be in beautiful open areas that don't have to walk miles it's free to walk round here and their is no place for refreshments so take pack up and if the centre is closed their is no WC free at hand but such a gem of a place

What an amazingly interesting and beautiful walk this is. The guides are so knowledgeable. When stopping to see birds and the awesomely handsome Fen raft spider, keen bird watchers who had telescopes with them were kind and patient enough to let us all take turns to have a look through the lens.
Arriving at the ferry port we were transported across to the Waveney Inn where we had a perfectly cooked full English breakfast and as much tea and coffee as you can drink then a shorter walk back on a different path which was on a higher ground enabling you to see the vastness of the reserve which incidentally is going to get much bigger.

Thank Maz A
