Staff ate amazing across the board. The shuttle to the waterfront was really useful and drivers friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice and good value. Evening meals and bar service good and reasonably priced which wS a bonus. Travel desk will orairport transfers or taxis wherever you want to go at good prices.

Love this hotel, always my go to when I'm on a business trip.
My favourite is the lounge / bar area. Staff are friendly and remember you and what you drink. Food is tasty and they cater for vegetarian
Rooms comfortable

We had a loft room with 2 single beds downstairs. It was clean, had a/c & spacious rooms, and generator in the hotel so no problem with load shedding. Lovely and attentive staff. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that but there is a lovely Cuban place across the street with amazing food at affordable prices.

We stayed here in Nov 2023 for 3 nights and were very impressed by the public areas and how sweet the staff is. Upon checking in, they thanked me for being a member and stated that breakfast was included due to my status. We were also informed that the next night was their city's portion for rolling blackouts, but to not worry since they have generators. I think the power was maybe out for 20 secs before the generators kicked in so the disruption was almost unnoticeable.

The room was comfortable and quiet. It was a little dim, but that didn't bother us too much.

Breakfast was amazing! I love chicken livers and since arriving on the continent, I have taken advantage of all the chicken liver offerings! But for those who are used to more "western" breakfasts, they have an omelette station, fresh patries, fresh fruit, and cured meats. The hubs really enjoyed having made-to-order omelettes every morning and said the smoked salmon was delicious! I went for the chicken livers and cooked beans because um, when in Rome and it's all so delicious. I think they switched between bacon and sausage in the mornings which were also delicious. Our server would also fill our coffee mugs and water bottles for us so we could explore the city all day.

The hotel is close to the industrial fashion district so you can find some really cool clothes that are up and coming. Ubers are plentiful and arrive within 5 min of ordering one, but we really only waited 3 min max.

I wish we could have tried the restaurants on the ground floor that were towards the entrance but we didn't have time nor the stomach real estate when we would come back to the hotel after exploring all day. There is also an ATM where you can get cash because if you're like me, you locked your passport in the room safe and it's needed for changing currency at the currency bureaus.
