Although it looks nice from the outside, the room are not clean, they don't change the towels or the sheets AT ALL in a week stay and the floors are 'cleaned' extremly poor, especially in the bathroom.
The only 2 good things there are the breakfast and the girls at the reception.
I don't recommend!!!

Comfortable facilities and great view. Small beach and tranquil sea, perfect for swimming, in spite of the water sports activity near by.
Areas of the hotel and the beach do indeed smell funny at times.
The options at the buffet were limited, but of good homemade quality.
Also as reported before, the hotel is unfortunately invaded by a Czech tour agency so all the activities, food signs, etc are in Czech, which felt a bit strange.
The activities looked fun, and the entertainers did try to get my son (11 y.o.) and I involved, but their english wasn't great and they would often forget to translate for us after a while.
The hotel offers a good all-inclusive deal, but you can also pay for each meal separately. The pool bar also offers a good variety of meals. Unfortunately very few vegeterian and vegan options. There are also a lot of hotel restaurants around and you can easily walk to the village for even more options (Be aware that there is no sidewalk, so you have to be attentive of the crazy traffic passing by! Another option to go to the village is through the beach, a lovely 10-minute walk, both day and night)
A/C for extra charge highly recommended.
Rooms were spacious and clean, although they could have been cleaner. The TV was useless and there was no wifi in the room. There's also a small shop in the hotel. Overall it was good value for the money. Nothing fancy, but with all the facilities you might need and close enough to the village.

On the internet it looks great but the hotel is old and with bad maintenance. The rooms are really old and the are not clean. There is a kitchen but without any equipment so you cannot cook. The airco is really bad so you cook in the room! Especially if you sleep upstairs...The swimming pool is Nice and huge. Water not top cold so great for kids! The hotel is on the beach so you can also swim there. The hotel is full of people from Tsjechië including the entertainment. All and all i would not recommend it. If you dit not book all inclusive: for 100 euro for 5 persons you have all inclusive. Good deal even though the food is not great.

Not far from Corfu centre about 15 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants.
Bar very good in hotel and the pool is clean, very friendly staff. Me and my partner visited years ago and had a good experience.

This hotel completely transformed our stay in Kavos. After initially booking in at the Ionian Sea View hotel, which is absolutely terrible, we were told by other guests to go and hang out in this hotel in the day instead. This made our stay so much more bearable and we owe so much of the positive parts of our trip to this hotel. The British lady who works behind the bar by the pool is especially lovely, she was so welcoming and understanding and really helped us in dealing with our hotel. We are absolutely gutted we didn’t book with this hotel in the first place, however without doubt will be again if we return to Kavos! Thank you Corfu Sea Gardens you literally saved our holiday!
