Me and my boyfriend stayed here from the 7th - 17th June on an all inclusive holiday through Thomas Cook. We had a lovely holiday and very much enjoyed our time here.

Do not be put off by the route in from the airport- the local area looks a bit run down but the hotel is such a pleasure as is the strip as well. The strip is about a 5 minute walk- make sure you go! Lots of restaurants, shops and bars - they do have reps outside getting people in but they are all polite and not too pushy, very cheap dinners- starters and main and 3 cocktails each came to around €60! Vlaseros travel is where we booked our excursions - they were really cheap and approachable and the days our were great!

We stayed in room409 and it was great, with some of the best views I have ever seen from a balcony! On clear days (which thankfully was most) you can see across to Albania and then also being able to watch thunderstorms out at sea was incredible! Rooms were very spacious, massive beds and brilliant aircon! We had a good shower room- I don't think any have baths in them, the room was cleaned - new sheets and towels every day which was great!

The golf buggy is great as it goes every 5 minutes or so and the drivers are hilarious! The walk down is fine though personally - do the cut through in front of the apartment blocks that comes out at Camelot bar, as it's much easier than they actual hill! Going up is much harder but it isn't as bad as some reviews make out.

I loved the pool area- not massive but really good size- loads of sunbeds but if you want a parasol you have to get towels down by 8:30/9am- wasn't an issue for us as we woke with the sun every day!
Pool was warm and never felt overcrowded and felt very safe to leave your belongings. The pool bar was lovely although people occasionally didn't know how queues worked. They serve drinks all day and also offer snacks at times the restaurant isn't open.

There is a little convenience store which is good to get drinks and snacks, toys and other bits and bobs for your room- very cheap as well!

The restaurant was very clean, bright and well organised. There was hardly ever a dirty table and the staff would come and take your plates as soon as you were done. All very polite and friendly as well. The food was good and there was always really good variety every day however we did get a bit bored of it after a few days so we went to the strip a few nights for some variety.

The entertainment staff were very funny and really enthusiastic about their role. They worked well as a team and were very talented. I feel they will have an easier time later in the season to get people to join in with activities as we felt most people were there for a relaxing time when we were there and didn't really want to join in but that was no fault of the animation team! Brett - you are an incredible singer!

Air con is free, as is wifi which was good enough to be able to watch Netflix on. Beach Towels from the reception are €10 deposit, you can exchange them every two days, safe in the room also for a €10 deposit. There is also a fridge in the rooms but no kettle! €1.50 per day room tax which we paid on the second to last day.
We also had a late flight so paid €25 for a late checkout.

A wonderful holiday, full of laughs and great weather! Had a lovely time! If you are coming then have a wonderful time!

We arrived at the hotel around 14:10 and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who took all our details, put on our wristbands and directed us straight to the restaurant to get some lunch before it closed. We were then taken straight to our room.
Wi-fi and air con is free, as is the safe but with a €10 deposit for the key. We were in block 7 and the views were absolutely amazing, we were quite high up but this wasn’t a problem as the little golf buggy was there to take you up and down, although we very often walked down.
The pool area and bar was really nice and very clean, sun beds at this hotel are definitely not a problem, we were able to get 2 whenever we wanted them even at 14:30 in the afternoon.
The restaurant was always very clean and tables cleared very quickly to enable everyone to get a seat, the food was always plentiful and HOT!
Staff at this hotel were probably the nicest I’ve ever come across on holiday always a smile, a chat and a joke.
Now for the entertainment team, Libby, Freddy, Gemma & Jess ( there was a Brett but he disappeared, don’t know what happened to him!) These guys did everything to make your stay an enjoyable one, they weren’t too pushy for those who didn’t want to join in, but somehow even the shy ones ended up doing the club dance, I think they’re the ones to put “the magic in the air”
The hotel is a perfect location with just a short walk down to the main strip and on the strip you will find all the tour operators, we booked all our trips with Vlaseros who we excellent and more than half the price of the reps.
This is one of our best holidays that we’ve had.
Well done Panorama, keep up the good work, thanks for the best holiday and we hope to see you again in the future

Room Tip: Try to be higher up

Food - my family are vegetarian, we don't eat egg and I'm allergic to nuts, so usually there isn't much variety. However, there was always plenty for us - the restaurant manager told us what we could and couldn't eat everyday.

Staff - the staff are extremely polite and well-mannered. They were welcoming and go above and beyond to help you.

Pool - the pool is of a good size and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The poolside bar offers drinks and snacks.

Location - the hotel is a short 5-10 minute walk from the beach. It is close enough to get there easily, but far away enough so the noise from the main tourist streets doesn't disturb you.

Surrounding area - there's plenty to do in the area, including watersports at the beach and quadbiking.

Uphill - most of the rooms require walking up quite a steep hill. I didn't really mind it, and there are golf carts that drop you to your block every 5 minutes or so.

A/C - it works great on the downstairs section of the rooms, but if you are sleeping in the upstairs region it can get stuffy. I found that opening the small window upstairs helps.

Bathroom - it's a lovely bathroom, but it can get quite stuffy. It is a wet room but there is a concrete divider between the shower and toilet area, so as long as you don't spray the water out, you won't have a problem.

Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, especially for the price. I'd definitely recommend going.

6 of us spent 10 nights here from 7th June in 3 rooms. We were in block 4 on the ground floor. The rooms were spacious and clean with flat screen tv, free WiFi, fridge, free safe (refundable deposit) and bedding and towels were changed regularly. The aircon was quiet and efficient (apart from our family who were staying next door in 412 who had problems with the aircon tripping out the power in their room). The reception were quick to send someone each time the power went out but weren’t able to fix it so offered my daughter and her husband an alternative room. By this time there were only 3 nights left so they decided to stay in the same room and were given a basket of fruit and bottles of water for their trouble.

The pool was lovely and much appreciated during the hot weather without being too cold. Although there signs saying no lifeguard on duty, there was always one by the pool each day which was reassuring as the pool was up to 8ft deep in parts.

They have 2 bars. The pool bar which was open for most of the day and served beer, shorts, cocktails and the odd snack left over from breakfast? Some of the spirits included local amaretto, peach schnapps, ouzo etc and a supply of soft drinks and ice creams outside mealtimes. The same 2 cakes were available at 5pm each day. You could fill up a water bottle in the restaurant during mealtimes but the barmen were instructed not to fill them up at the pool bar, so you had to ask for plastic cups of water to fill your bottles with then throw away the cups which wasn’t very eco friendly and didn’t help with Corfu’s rubbish problem.

The second bar, the Camelot Bar, is a short walk up the hill and only open during the evening, but they do serve the drinks in proper glasses which is nicer. They also have some other entertainment/music in here occasionally when the main evening entertainment has finished near the pool bar.

The entertainment team tried hard without being pushy if you didn’t want to join in.

We didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were all friendly and helpful.

The restaurant had a good buffet for each meal with a good selection of Greek and international dishes to choose from. You can help yourself to beer, wine, water and soft drinks. I particularly liked the Greek yoghurt with honey and fruit for breakfast and the meat at other mealtimes was deliciously tender and tasty. You could tell it had been cooked slowly to enhance the flavour which was better than some other restaurants on the island. Desserts were also tasty. Because the restaurant food was generally very good, we didn’t feel we needed to eat out often during our stay.

The hotel generally tried hard to please the guests and with the facilities and holiday cost I must give them 5 stars. We have stayed in higher rated hotels which weren’t as good. They would probably need a choice of restaurants, a spa and better evening entertainment to improve their official star rating but we enjoyed ourselves during our stay.

The rooms are nice very spacious we was in room 807 right at the top with fantastic views the beds were really hard, the rooms was cleaned everyday and the towels changed.
There’s like a little golf buggy that seats 6-7 people that takes you to your room if you don’t feel like walking up it is a bit of a struggle unless you are fit and healthy and you can call them to pick you up from your room whenever up until midnight.
There are plenty of sun beds around the pool with pads on them, the pool in Lovely but is deep even in the shallow end the pool bar serves beers spirits cocktails and hot drinks all day from 10am plus ice creams sandwiches and cakes until 6pm.
The restaurant staff was all freindly and polite and was quick to clean the tables up. The food was good for a 3 star all inclusive lots of variety for breakfast and like all hotels that do all inclusive I was a bit repetitive but was better than a lot of other 3 star hotels I have been too all in all good food and drinks in the restaurant. Beer, wines , soft drinks and hot drinks was all self service in the restaurant.
The safe in the rooms are free you just need to put a 10€ deposit down which they give you back on return of the safe key. The air conditioning is free. And some rooms have a kettle, there’s a fridge in the room too with a tv.
There a tax everyone has to pay which is 1.5 Euro for each day you are there they asked us for ours on the day we left just be aware you will have to pay this.
It’s a 5 minute stroll to the beach and to the main strip with lots of bars and restaurants with lots of entertainment tribute acts eg Michael Jackson little mix Elvis ed sheeran george esra reggae Robbie Williams loads of entertainment on in all the bars.
All in all a lovely holiday which I would recommend sidari is a beautiful place
