We stayed for one night but were welcomed warmly by Paolo and Barbara. We speak but a few words of Italian but managed to converse in French so all good
The room has a double and single; fine for one night but wouldn't really work for older kids for any longer than that (we were with our 14 year old). Breakfast was simple; nice, home-made cake and coffee; the option of yoghurt and perhaps some fruit would have been welcome. Oh and while there's wifi, it doesn't work in the downstairs bedroom and the TV seemed to be missing its Sky card (not an issue for us but might be for some)
Apricale is lovely, definitely worth a visit - it was raining on the Saturday when we arrived (and surprisingly cold) so we didn't see it at its best H.apply, by Sunday morning, the weather had improved so we had a better view of the village and all its cats...
