Good security. Irene and Claire were very helpful. Irene was good enough to forward an email to me referencing the new Covid rules for Malta. Good local bars such as "The Chill Bar" and " Southbeach" and close to the water taxis to Valetta. Ask for Gerald ( quite a character on the water taxis)Lovely Italian restaurant on the steps in Valetta. Easy access to the ferry to Gozo. Air conditioning very welcome as Malta was having a heatwave. It was lovely to be able to swim in the harbour, just below the apartment. On the negative side, the ensuite bathroom could benefit from updating. However this would not stop me recommending this apartment. As a group of five, we had sufficient space and very much enjoyed the balcony, and we were grateful for the internet.

Ideal in every way
Both are beautiful, and charming. But the roadways and alleys of Malta are winding, narrow, and cramped. Whereas the apartment is spacious and uncluttered. What a wonderful contrast. What a great place to return to after a day of exploring, to unwind and relax! The combined salon, dining room and kitchen is vast like the exhibition hall in a modern museum. The corridor joining the large comfortable and clean rooms is amusingly endless, like a corridor at an airport. It's all nice and quiet. No noise from inside the building, and very little from outside. The balcony terrace for two is intimate and safe, one level above ground, with walls on the left and right. But it is close enough to the water that the sound of splashing waves echoes faintly throughout the apartment. The balcony is shaded all day, with a gentle pleasant breeze. The view is postcard perfect. You can go swimming right in front. The water is turquoise and impossibly clean. Park your car diagonally in the space provided. It'll fit then, and that's all part of the fun.

Vittoriosa/Birgu is a lovely medieval town with winding cobble stone streets, leading to the Vittoriosa Marina with plenty of restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is part of the Marina and right on the water front, spacious, very clean and so well equipped.
Very easy booking and prompt damage bond return, excellent service by the local manager, great place for a holiday!!

Very Spacious and Comfortable
We just keep coming back (our 5th time here),
After different stays around Europe so nice to see an apartment that looks exactly like in the website, actually better.
We were two couples and the apartment was just perfect, clean, well organized, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and what a magical view.
Thank you Claire for attending to all our needs.
Spend our days all around the island, so much to see and do, but came back to Vittoriosa to eat in the lovely cobble stone street cafes and on the restaurants on The Marina.
What a treat!!!!

THE BEST LOCATION IN MALTA
After a full day of sightseeing what a pleasure to come back to Birgu/Vittoriossa on the ferry and walk to the apartment after stopping on the Vittoriossa Marina for a great cappuccino and a cake.
Love going around the island, so much to do and see, but at the end of the day we looked forward to returning to the spacious, clean and well appointed apartment with all the comforts of home.
Easy booking process and great welcome on arrival, so nice to find, coffee, sugar, tea, milk, a coffee machine including coffee pods and a welcome basket of goodies, waiting for us.
Highly recommended!!!!

GREAT APARTMENT, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT SERVICE
We had a wonderful stay in this large, clean and well-maintained apartment overlooking the magnificent waterfront.
This is our 3rd stay here and we keep coming back because it ticks all the boxes,
very easy booking with Irene, she had time and patience to answer all our questions and it was really nice to be welcomed in person by Claire again, always up to date with information, very professional and we know she is just a call away if we need anything (many apartments were we stayed before just had a code to enter it and you are on your own).
The apartment is larger than average with a very well-equipped kitchen, good quality furniture and nice warm quilts on our bed, as well as excellent heating units, (as it was winter) which double as air conditioning units in summer.
Seating in the balcony watching the boats go by is just magic.
Vittoriosa is a lovely area with cafes, restaurants and shops at your doorstep, so lovely to come back to our apartment after a busy day of sightseeing.
Enjoyed lovely walks on the Marina looking at all the luxury yachts.
Highly recommended!!!

My stay from 8 to 15 January
We have regretfully returned home after a week long stay in this beautiful tip top shape apartment, complete with all amenities and spotless. Myself my wife and three kids stayed here from 8th to 15th January 2019. The contact person met us at the apartment and wen through everything with us. I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough. It sits just over the sea inlet and the view is amazing. Rooms comfortable, beds and bedding exactly as we like them and kitchen equipped with all that is required. Coffee machine was a plus. Thank you Irene and Claire we will definitely return.

Einmal und nie wieder
Leute lasst euch nicht von dem schönen Ausblick über den Grand Harbour blenden. Was wir während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts erlebt haben, möchte ich im puncto Apartment mit ein paar Einzelheiten wiedergeben.
Überhebliche Ansprechperson, unsaubere Wohnung bei der Ankunft, keine Inventarliste, so dass im Verlauf festgestellte reklamationswürdige Dinge uns angelastet wurden. Aber fangen wir von vorne an:
Kleiner Balkon mit Kunststoffstühlen und zwei Klapphockern mit herrlichen Ausblick. Keine Polsterauflagen für die Stühle. An der Deckenlampe fehlte die Abdeckung. Neben dem Balkon ein weiteres Fenster mit Blick auf den Hafen. Leider fällt der eine Flügel des Klappladens bei Wind immer zu, da er sich nicht feststellen lässt. Ansonsten schaut man aus allen Fenster in einen tristen Innenhof. Im Wohnbereich mit offener Küche fehlt in der Küchenzeile die Tür zur Abdeckung der integrierten Waschmaschine. Das Kücheninventar war teilweise unvollständig (die Wohnung soll Unterkunft für 6 Personen sein) so schmutzig, dass es vor Gebrauch zunächst von uns gereinigt werden musste. Ganz abgesehen von zwei beschädigten Kochtöpfen, im Inneren verrosteter Teekanne, völlig vereistes Fach im Bereich des Tiefkühlschranks etc. etc. etc.
So könnte ich noch weitere Einzelheiten aufzählen, möchte es aber hierbei belassen, da ich der Meinung bin, dass die Eigentümerin der Wohnung, die meines Erachtens in London lebt, von alledem nichts genaues weiß, da ihre lokale Ansprechperson alles abblockt und notfalls zu verlogenen Unterstellungen greift und mich sogar als LIAR bezeichnet hat.
Das alles kann es in einem dennoch schönen Urlaub nicht sein, zumal der Mietpreis für dieses Apartment doch über normal liegt und hierbei sei noch ergänzend angemerkt, dass in der angegebenen Wohnfläche eine sehr große Freifläche enthalten ist.
Von meiner Sicht aus kann ich nur jedem raten, der mit der Anmietung dieser Wohnung liebäugelt, bei Inbezugnahme alles detailliert zu prüfen, zu protokollieren und ggfs. reklamieren, reklamieren, reklamieren. Sonst wird einem bei der nachträglichen Bewertung durch die Wohnungseigentümerin (wie kann diese Frau eine Bewertung abgeben, wo sie für mich keine Ahnung über die momentanen Verhältnisse vor Ort hat?) mangelnde Kommunikation und irgendwas gegen die Hausregeln????? vorgeworfen.

Roomy with a view
This apartment was perfect for our holiday. We were travelling as a family with a friend and the apartment was huge, well equipped, clean, cool and comfy. The view out over the waterfront was stunning.
We loved the fact that you could swim right out front of the apartment which was perfect after a hot day of sight seeing. The location is easy to access restaurants, local attractions and lovely and cheap local ferry/boat ride across to Valletta.
We would highly recommend this as an ideal place to stay whilst in Malta.

Look no further, this is the one!
The apartment is situated in a beautiful village right on the water front, we were amazed at how close everything is, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the market, the Marina and just a 5 minute ferry away into Valletta.
We were able to swim and sunbath just in front of the apartment, what a treat!!!!
The apartment is spotlessly clean, very spacious and with everything we could possible want for our holiday.
We came in during the heat wave and was great to have really efficient air condition in every room, also the parking provided free of charge under the building was such a bonus, our rental car was kept cool and we didn’t have to walk long distances in the heat to get to the apartment.
Would like to thank Claire for being so helpful during our stay and to Irene for answering all our questions and queries so promptly.
Wonderful stay, highly recommended!!!!!

The Three Cities offers an intriguing insight into Malta and it’s history, they are a slice of authentic life as well as a glimpse into Malta’s maritime fortunes.
The apartment is located in the ancient medieval village of Vittoriosa, the headquarters of The Order of St John and the most prominent of The Three Cities.
Vittoriosa is a maritime city you can travel anywhere by water taxi or “djhaisa” (the Maltese gondola) at very affordable prices, there are also frequent buses to take you anywhere in the island just outside the village gates 5min from the apartment.
