Stayed 4 nights but wish that it could have been longer..Arrived earlier than check in time so drove into Oban to look around but Steve said that if we had rung the doorbell they were in..Ilze was so welcoming and showed us around then gave us a glass of wine which was appreciated after our drive from Castle Douglas ( stopover the night before, wish we hadn't done that and had 5 nights here)..Our room (3) was fantastic, spotless and the view especially at night watching the sun set was incredible..Breakfasts were excellent and would recommend trying them all, Continental was superb, full breakfast delicious, kippers( yum yum), porridge very tasty..Would highly recommend anyone to stay here..Would definitely stay here again ..

Room Tip: Book room 3

We wished we could have stayed longer. Our beautiful room overlooked the water and was well appointed. Our daily breakfast was delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and offered restaurant and activity suggestions.

We have stayed here a number of times over the last 5 years or so and every time is a treat.
Great welcome, comfortable bedrooms, lovely lounge, located just outside Oban with views over the bay to Connel bridge. Lovely breakfast, free wifi. Oyster Inn just up the road for dinner. Would give 4.75 if allowed and 5 if they did dinner!

Room Tip: If you are here long enough try and get a room with a view

Recently visited this stunning B&B with great links to many west scottish sites ,close to Oban for ferry crossings to many of the islands inc Arran and Skye and just a short trip to Fort William and Ben Nevis
The owners Steve and Ilza made us really at home and nothing was too much trouble especially navigating our way around the various locations even mapping a alternate route back to Glasgow airport via Inveraray.
Steve rustles breakfast in the mornings which is well worth the effort to pull yourself from these amazing rooms with views across the estuary, each room also comes with binoculars to spot the otters in the morning
Thank you Steve and Ilza for a lovely stay planning a trip back asap
